Warm Up!
Main Set: Power endurance
L3: 50 reps of Sand Bag Complex

L2: 30 reps of Sand Bag Complex

L1: 15 reps of Sand Bag Complex

Sand Bag Complex: Squat Clean the bag, stand up and press the bag over head. Bring the bag all the way down to the floor, get in the push up position on the bag and do a push up. Then get back in starting position, prepared to clean the bag. That is one rep.

My ablitity to grip and regrip the bag became a serious limiting factor.

50lb bag (around 15 minutes) i didn't really keep a close eye on the time.
Handstand holds x 3 for 15 seconds
Broke out the slosh pipe for some core work.
