L2: 30 reps of Sand Bag Complex
L1: 15 reps of Sand Bag Complex
Sand Bag Complex: Squat Clean the bag, stand up and press the bag over head. Bring the bag all the way down to the floor, get in the push up position on the bag and do a push up. Then get back in starting position, prepared to clean the bag. That is one rep.
