Warm Up!

Main Set:

L3:
Over Head Squat 5x5
Clean and Jerk 5x5
Dead Lift 3x5

L2:
Over Head Squat 3x5
Clean and Jerk 3x5
Dead Lift 2x5

L1:
Over Head Squat 2x5
Clean and Jerk 2x5
Dead Lift 1x5
