20 slegde hammer strikes (10 L: 10 R)
20 yrd tire pull
20 yrd Bear crawl
6 Sand bag cleans
5 OHS


Recover then do a core complex:
3 x 20 l-sits, side plank, front planks, v-sits and supermans
