Strong work at Fury the other day, you killed that wod! I've got hell week next week and then I should be back to A shift after that. Let me know next time you're headin over to Fury and I'll make sure to be there and get a workout in with you.

Had Mountian Rescue on Cholla Trail 50 feet from the summit with 20 lb EMS pack. Crew did it in 38 minutes, great workout!
We are a little behind the workouts, but did 343 flights today at wellsfargo 27 floors, 13 and 1/2 times....just under 2 hrs
