20 Sand Bag Clean and Squat (switch shouders 1/2 way)
40 Push Ups
10 Tug and Run (back peddle dragging sand bag 40 yrds, then clean it and run back to starting point)
60 Sit Ups
20 Bear Hug squats (Bear hug your sand bag and squat)
20 Pull Ups
L2:

5 Tug and Run (back peddle dragging sand bag 40 yrds, then clean it and run back to starting point)
30 Sit Ups
10 Bear Hug squats (Bear hug your sand bag and squat)

6 Sand Bag Clean and Squat (switch shouders 1/2 way)
10 Push Ups
2Tug and Run (back peddle dragging sand bag 40 yrds, then clean it and run back to starting point)
15 Sit Ups
5 Bear Hug squats (Bear hug your sand bag and squat)
5 Pull Ups
