L3: a treadmill can sub for hill if you do not have a hill or do not want to go outside
10 rounds
-100 yrd hill sprint (recover on the way down)
-20 push ups
-100 yrd hill hike with heavy pack, sand bag or your choice of weighted item :-)
-20 push ups

L2:
6 rounds
-100 yrd hill sprint (recover on the way down)
-10 push ups
-100 yrd hill hike with heavy pack, sand bag or your choice of weighted item :-)
-10 push ups

L1:
3 rounds
-50 yrd hill sprint (recover on the way down)
-5 push ups
-50 yrd hill hike with heavy pack, sand bag or your choice of weighted item :-)
-5 push ups
