Warm up!

Main Set:
L3, L2 & L1:
5x 20 step Loaded Lunge*
5x5 Dumbbell Press
5x5 Dumbbell Dead Lift

Then... 3x max set (hanging knee to elbow, GHD sit up [no more than 30per set], push ups)

Finding that teachable moment when dealing with those who are unable to contain their rage can be challenging. But you didn't come here because it would be easy, now did you?
