Main Set:
L3:  10 min Kettle Bell Clean and Press
L2: 6 min
L1: 4 min

Complete as many Clean and Presses as you can in the time allotted. Pace yourself and keep your form tight. This is a very demanding session - you will be breathing hard and your muscles will be burning. Suck it up!
