Warm Up!

Main Set:
L3: 5 rnds full PPE or 10 rnds in PTs (no rest btwn rnds)
- 40 yard tire pull
- 20 push ups
- 20 sledge hammer strikes

L2: 3 rnds full PPE or 6 rnds in PTs (30 sec rest btwn rnds)
- 40 yard tire pull
- 10 push ups
- 20 sledge hammer strikes

L1: 3 rnds full PPE or 5 rnds in PTs (rest 1min btwn rnds)
- 40 yard tire pull
- 5 push ups
- 10 sledge hammer strikes
