- 100 Dumb Bell Clean and Press
- Run 2 miles

L2:
- Run 2 miles
- 50 Dumb Bell Clean and Press
- Run 1 mile

L1:
- Run 1 mile
- 25 Dumb Bell Clean and Presss
- Run 1/2 mile
