- 5 x 3 Snatch (Heavy)
then...
3 x 10 jumping split squat

L2:
- 5 x 3 Snatch (moderate)
then...
-3 x 10 jumping split squat

L1:
- 3 x 3 Power snatch (light)
then
- 3 x 10 jumping split squat

Had a few failed attempts..love the snatch!
Yesterdays-
10 rounds in 20 minutes
dead hang pullups
air squats
no jump rope, so did 20 tuck jumps.
That was a bucket of suck!
