- 20 (3 count) Jumping Jacks
- 10 burpees
- 30 second Hollow Body Hold
- 20 x 2 second superman hold

L2: 5 rounds
- 15 push ups
- 20 sit ups
- 60 single count flutter kicks
- 20 hindu push ups
- 20 (3 count) Jumping Jacks
- 10 burpees
- 30 second Hollow Body Hold
- 20 x 2 second superman hold

L1: 3 rounds
- 15 push ups
- 20 sit ups
- 60 single count flutter kicks
- 10 hindu push ups
- 20 (3 count) Jumping Jacks
- 5 burpees
- 15 second Hollow Body Hold
- 10 x 2 second superman hold

L3:56min, is it just me or do these long sessions make you so happy.

I watched Alex and Marc test drive this work out a few days ago and it made me feel so good inside to to see how happy it made them. (

Of course their happyness was delayed by fatigue, however it surfaced shortly after they recoverd ;-)

How do feel?
