L3: 25:15 w/2x 53lb KB - the 40yrds sprints were a nice rest btwn c&j sets.

Dave: 32:14 w/53lb KB's...however not by choice...I don't have 2 44lb KB's so I had to use a 53lb KB in one hand and a 35lb and 18lb in the other hand. It got real hard. I ended up having to take a small break after about every 5 reps
