Sand Bag Mile (1/2 body weight SB)
L2:
Sand Bag 1/2 Mile
L1:
Sand Bag 1/4Mile
Protocal: Move a sand bag the prescribed distance in any manner you can, (ie: dragging or carrying) as quickly as you can.
