Warm up!

Main Set:

L3: 4x2 min set w/1min rest between rounds
R1 One hand clean and Jerks (switch hands as needed)
R2 Two hand swing
R3 One hand snatches (switch hands as needed)
R4 Mixer, your choice of movements

Then: 2x2 min rounds of Jump rope

L2: 4x1 min set w/1min rest between rounds
R1 One hand clean and Jerks (switch hands as needed)
R2 Two hand swing
R3 One hand snatches (switch hands as needed)
R4 Mixer, your choice of movements

Then: 2x1 min rounds of Jump rope

L1: 2x1 min set w/1min rest between rounds
R1 Two hand swing
R2 Mixer, your choice of movements

Then: 1x1min round of Jump rope
