Warm up!

Main Set: "You're not gonna know"
L3: 40min of:
- cardio 1min easy, 1min moderate, 1min high intensity
- 10 body builders
* repeat until 40 min has transpired
L2: 20min of:
- cardio 1min easy, 1min moderate, 1min high intensity
- 10 body builders
* repeat until 20 min has transpired
L1: 10min of:
- cardio 1min easy, 1min moderate, 1min high intensity
- 3 body builders
* repeat until 10 min has transpired
Body Builder: Start in standing position, squat into tuck placing hands next to feet, thrust out into push up position. Open and closes legs like a jumping jack then do a push ups, come back to a tuck position with hands next to your feet and stand up. that is one body builder
