Main Set!: "Cry Havoc!"
L3: 5 rounds, 1min per excercise 1 min rest between rounds
- Rope climbs (sub: rope pull ups or basic pull ups)
- Burpees
- Kb swings
- Lawn mowers (sub: rows)
- Box Jumps


L2: 3 rounds, 1min/excercise, 1min rest between rounds
- Rope climbs (sub: rope pull ups or basic pull ups)
- Burpees
- Kb swings
- Lawn mowers (sub: rows)
- Box Jumps


L1: 2 rounds, 1min/excercise, 1min rest between rounds
- Rope climbs (sub: rope pull ups or basic pull ups)
- Burpees
- Kb swings
- Lawn mowers (sub: rows)
- Box Jumps

How'z about we just call this one "cry"? By the end of rnd5 it was all i could do to get up the rope one time.
