Main Set:
L3: 3 rnds with a weight vest or ruck sac
200m run
20 air squats
200m run
10 pull ups (do not lighten your load)
200m run
10 large tire flips
200m run
10 box jumps

L2: same as above, 2 rnds with a weight vest or ruck sac

L1: same as above, 1 rnd with a weight vest or ruck sac (or 2rnds no load)
