3x3 Squat Clean (heavy)
3x3 squat jumps (moderate)
4 "high" box jumps
1 x max clapping push ups

3x3 squat jumps - 135
10 "high" box jumps - unknown height (used 2nd row of stadium seats - high fear factor for shin scrapping)
3 x max clapping push ups - forgot to do these (convenient huh?)
