5 x 5 Weighted pull ups
5 x 5 Weighted dips

L2:
5 x 5 Dead Lift
5 x 5 Back Squat
5 x 5 Weighted pull ups
5 x 5 Weighted dips

L1:
5 x 5 Dead Lift
5 x 5 Back Squat
5 x 5 Pull ups

-1 set w/35lb kb, 2 sets w/26lb kb, and 2 sets w/18lb kb
-Dips w/18lb kb

Just as a side note...I've been taking glucosamine for a few weeks now and WOW!...does it seem to be making a difference...especially in my knees which I've been having problems with...I felt the best doing these lifts than I have in a long time.
