- Jerk at 70% of max, 5 x 1*
- 3 x 2 Cleans
L1:
- Jerk at 50% of max, 5x1*
- 3 x 2 Cleans
* Work up to max Jerk (take bar from squat rack) then lower to the noted percentage and do singles.
