L3: - 10 rnds, 1min rest between rnds (Wearing Turnouts and SCBA)

L1: 5 rnds, 2min rest btwn rnds
- 3 large tire flips
- four corner mobility sprint*
- 4 sand bag cleans
* Set up four cones in the shape of a square, 10 yards between each cone. Starting in the Bottom, right corner of your square sprint forward, at the top right cone go left side stepping. At the top left cone begin to back pedal to the bottom left then head right side stepping to the finish which is where you started.
