Nice work brother...we knocked out 357. Aimee used 26lb KB and I used the 35lb. I'm just coming back from injury...hurt my back for the 3rd time in about 8 months or so. It's frustrating because I really pay attention to form...I guess not enough. Just a heads up...you might see my weights go down on some lifts (squats, deadlifts, etc.)because I'm going to go back to the basics and really work on technique.
You and Aimee are making great progress. I'm sorry to hear about your back. I feel your pain - I had a spasm last week that tweaked me for three days. I'm lucky that it goes away after some rest and a visit to my chiropractor.
what is the nature of your "injury", bulging disks, vertebral subluxation, muscle spasm? Let me know - I can help you modify and suggest some supplemental stabilization work.

My hands held up ok, I did tear a small calus on my right pinky finger. I guess my technique could use some refinement :-)
