I used 53# kbs for the C&J, goblets and swings
Then a 35# for the get up sit ups
I immediately regretted using the big bells but figured I’d gut it out and somehow I’d be a better person for it.
After one hour, four minutes and some change, I was whooped, but completely satisfied.
used 35lb KB for C/J, squats, swings. Had to go down to 15lb DB for get ups. Took me about 57 min. I thought it looked so simple... I quickly realized how wrong I was.
Aimee used 26lb KB for C&J, 35lb KB for goblets and swings and 18lb KB for the get up sit ups.
I used 35lb KB for the C&J (the heaviest bilateral KB's I have...I think I could have done 44lbs but the 35's still whooped me) and the get up sit ups and the 53lb KB for the goblets and the swings.
It took us 59 min. and smoked us. Strong work Rayne...it would have probably took me 2 hrs if I was using the 53's for the C&J!
