We did L3 in 5:13. Not bragging just seems weird to be done with a workout and not in a pool of sweat.

Right on Brian! unloading weeks are great. enjoy the rest and look forward to hitting it hard next week!

OTN: I did three rnds at a snails pace, did two barbell snatches (@45lbs), then took a nap!
