We did L3 in 5:13. Not bragging just seems weird to be done with a workout and not in a pool of sweat.

OTN: I did three rnds at a snails pace, did two barbell snatches (@45lbs), then took a nap!
Sweet, sweet unloading week. Aimee did it in 6:17 and I did it in 6:03.
