Main Set: Breath ladder
L3: Barbell Thruster
3 breath ladders up tp 10 reps and back down

L2: 2 Breath ladders

L1: 1 Breath ladder

K...this flat out sucked! Aimee did the barbell and did a great job. I started with 95lbs but only made it to around rep 5 of the way down. I did 75 lbs for the rest of the 1st ladder and all of the 2nd ladder, and half of the 3rd ladder...had to go down to 65lbs to finish it up. My quads haven't been this sore for awhile.

Right on D, way to work through the whole ladder. I needed to drop weight about half way through the session too. Started off a touch heavy.
