This is one round...
30 secs two hand swing
30 secs rest
30 secs Snatch (15 secs per hand)
30 secs rest
30 secs Clean and Jerk (with two bells)
30 secs rest

L2: 5 rounds

L1: 3 rounds

Fun and great workout! Aimee used 26lb KB's...I used the 44lb for the swings and the 35's for C&J and snatches. BTW, I highly recommend the Gym Boss timer for any interval workout...they're only about $20. I think you can only get them online. Love the KB workouts. Thanks again for picking those up Rayne.
