I'm a L1-L2 crossfitter, and I wanted to get a better understanding of the 2 min complex: 6 snatches, 6 clean & Press, 6 goblets squats, 6 swings. Does that mean you try and do all the reps in 2 min? or do you do several rounds and rest 2min between rounds? Can you help? Thank You, Mike South Pasadena
In the training session you are referring to the two min Kettle Bell complex means you move through the various exercises with out stopping during the two minutes. So, yes, you try to do it all in two min. However, if you do not complete all of the movements in 2min that is ok too.
Thanks for the question, please feel free to contact me if I can be of further assistance.
