10 Hand stand push ups (no HSPUs then hold for 30 secs or as long as possible)
50 Box Jumps
100 Push ups
150 Sit ups
200 Air squat

L2:
5 Hand stands (hold for 30 secs or as long as possible)
30 Box Jumps
75 push ups
100 sit ups
150 air squats

L1:
10 shoulder presses
20 box jumps
30 push ups
50 sit ups
75 air squats
