Main Set
8 Rounds for time:
-1 rope climb (sub 8 pull ups if you have no rope)
-8 box jumps
-8 plyo push ups
-8 back squats w/145lbs

Worked at FS24 today and did this routine with the exception of the rope climb. I substituted halyard pulls with a 45lb plate. I did reps of 4 halyards with each set. It was good....
