Rayne this is a couple days late, last A-shift we had 10 guys doing a circuit together. E98 even joined in it was awesome...some of the events were,

Wall ball,
Paralletts,
push ups
box jumps
sledge
kettle bell swing
Stationary bike
Sledge
etc.

I just did today's workout with the kids. It was great fun to do it with them. They did really well.

That's funny, kids have more go juice then they even know what to do with and I have to motivate myself with hours of positive self talk.

BTW I got tired just watching my kids do an hour of gymnastics today :-)

Strong work last shift, I love those large group work outs, sounds like you guys had a great circuit going.
