5 min cardio, your choice.
3sets of 10-15 reps
- Push ups
- Burpees
- Sit ups
- OHS
Main Set
5 rounds for time of:
10 Kettlebell swings
15 Hanging knees to elbows
20 Object, ground-to-overhead lifts (use a different object each round; for example: sandbag, oly plate, medicine ball, use any technique: clean, snatch, swing, press, jerk)
That's me catching a quick set of dips between calls.

We used a railroad tie, an SCBA bottle, sand bag full of hydrant caps, a 45lb plate, & a large cardboard box of paper towels. :-)
Thank goodness for the paper towels or my shoulders might have exploded!
