L3: 60 rnds
15 seconds work: 15 secs of rest
L2: 40 rnds
15 seconds work: 15 secs of rest
L1: 20 rnds
15 seconds work: 15 secs of rest
Note: Your work cycle should be approx 6-7 reps, if you are not making the reps, lower the weight of your KB.
