Warm up!

Main Set: Skills Course
L3: 10 rounds w/ 1min rest btwn rnds (first 5 with full bunker gear & SCBA 2nd 5 in PTs)
- 40 yard hose pull/tire drag
- 20 sledge hammer strikes
- 5 sand bag cleans or large tire flips
- 40 yard sand bag sprint/carry

L2: 6 rounds w/ 1min rest btwn rnds (first 3 with full bunker gear & SCBA 2nd 3 in PTs)
- 40 yard hose pull/tire drag
- 20 sledge hammer strikes
- 5 sand bag cleans or large tire flips
- 40 yard sand bag sprint/carry

L1: 6 rounds w/ 1min rest btwn rnds (first 3 with full bunker gear & SCBA 2nd 3 in PTs)

Your workout is really very amazing you are a hard worker.Body Fitness is really very necessary.Thanks for sharing here your blog with us.Cellulite become a big problem today which makes our body appearance ugly but with cellulite exercises you can remove it from your body very easily.
