Warm up!

Main Set:
L3: 5 rounds (with full PPE) - 2 min ri between rnds
- 5 burpees (very challenging with full PPE, be smooth and deliberate)
- 40 yard sprint
- 40 yard hose pull
- 40 yard bear crawl
- 80 yard sand bag carry
- doff your pack/ don your pack (with eyes closed and gloves on)
- RI

L2: 3 rounds (w/ full PPE) - 2min RI
L1: 2 rounds (w/full PPE) - rest to full recovery (HR at or below 120)
