Warm up!

Main Set: Clean and Carry
Power clean any heavy load or object then carry the load in the rack or front carry position for the given distance
L3: 10 x C&C 100 yards
L2: 10 x C&C 50 yards
L1: 5 x C&C 50 yards

Hard Man Bonus = add 3 squats after each clean before you carry
