Warm up!
Main Set: 1 min per exercise with 1 min between rounds
L3: 3 rounds complete as many reps as possible in each min
- Tire Flips and hop
- Push ups
- Dead Lift
- KB clean and Press
- Flutter kicks
- Sand Bag clean, press and slam
L2: 2 rounds
L1: 2 rounds
Rest 10 min then....
4 min sand bag partner pass
2 min AMRAP sledge hammer strikes
Train Hard!
