- 25 lunges w/ load
- 3 Hand stand walk up*

Wait 10 min then do
B)
3 rounds for time
- 10 Man Builders
- 20 Overhead Sledge Strikes
- 10 Box jumps

L2:

A)
3 rounds
- 25 lunges w/ load
- 2 Hand stand walk up*

Wait 10 min then do
B)
3 rounds for time
- 10 Man Builders
- 20 Overhead Sledge Strikes
- 10 Box jumps

L1:

A)
3 rounds
- 15 lunges w/ load
- 1 Hand stand walk up*

Wait 10 min then do
B)
3 rounds for time
- 5 Man Builders
- 10 Overhead Sledge Strikes
- 5 Box jumps

*Hand Stand walk up: place you feet on the wall, walk your feet up the wall and your hands towards the wall until your facing the wall in a handstand. Roll out or walk it back down.
