Main Set:
All Levels
A) Starting at 40 - 50% BW, do 1 squat clean every min on the min adding 5 lbs after each lift. Continue until you do not make time or you fail to lift the load.
Note: Keep your form tight
B) 3 rounds:
- 10 hanging knee to elbows
- 20 push ups
- 30 sit ups
