R3) Run 40yards, 10 kettle bell swings, 10 push ups, 10 Squats
R4) Run 40yards, 10 kettle bell swings, 10 push ups, 10 Squats, 10 burpees
R5) Run 40yards, 10 kettle bell swings, 10 push ups, 10 Squats, 10 burpees, 60, 3 count flutter kicks

L2 and L1: go up the ladder and stop!
