Main Set:
Load w/60-65% of 1 RM - move steadily, rest as needed, no more than 20-30 secs. If your technique begins to deteriorate - your are done.
L3: 40 Squat Cleans
L2: 20 Power Cleans
L1: 15 Power Cleans
