- 40 yard weighted tire drag
- 100' Heavy sled pull (hand over hand)
- 40 yard Fireman carry (live FF, full PPE)
- 80 yard Farmers carry (50%BW total)

L2: 3 rounds
L1: 3 rounds (no PPE)
