Warm up!
Main Set:
L3: rest 2 min between sets
5x 300 yard shuttle run
L2: 3x 300 yard shuttle run
L1: 2x 300 yard shuttle run
Shuttle Run: set up two cones 25 yards apart. Then run, walk or crawl as fast as possible between the two cones until you've reached the required distance.
Train hard!
