Warm up!

Main Set:
L3: 5 rnds
- 10 pistol squats (5per leg)
- 5 Squat cleans (heavy)
- 3 high box jumps

L2: 3 rnds
L1: 2 rnds

L2 and L1 as needed scale down as follows:
- Pistol Squats: use door jam or squat rack to assist you through the full range of motion
- Squat Cleans: Power clean then front squat
