Main Set: Skills Course (for time!)
L3:  5 rnds, 30 sec recovery between rnds (full PPE on SCBA)
- 40 yard tire pull
- 20 sledge hammer strikes
- 40 yard bear crawl
- 40 yard Firemans Carry (with firefighter or heavy sand bag)

L2: 3 rnds (Full PPE)
L1: 3 rnds (no PPE)
