- 80 yard Tire pull Forward
- 1 min Hurricane hose*
- 80 Yard Tire Pull back ward
- 1 min Push Press

L2: 3 Rnds
L1: 2 Rnds

This is "Hurricane Hose" with 2 1/2





























*Hurricane Hose = with the hose anchored to a fixed object, whip each length and hard and fast as you can.
