Warm Up!

Main Set: #1
L3, L2, &L1:
5x5 Squat
5x5 Press
5x5 power clean

Then...3x(10 pull ups, 30 sit ups, 40 push ups)


Warm up!
Main Set: #2 (a min of four hours after main Set#1) as many floors as possible
L3: 30 min stair climb
L2: 20 min stair climb
L1: 15 min stair climb
