Main Set: I thought, hey, it's leap year and so we have an extra day this year, and so we could have an extra rest day! Right? Heck no! Bag that trash friend! It's an extra day to train! So, we are going to hop, jump and leap in honor of leap day.
L3: 5 rnds rest 1min between rounds
- 10 rapid tuck jumps
- 10 standing long jumps
- 20 rapid box jumps
L2: 3rnds
L1: 2 rnds
